Bed Accessories can be
exchanged in any Showrooms if returned within 5 days from date of purchase
provided the items have not been open and used, are in original packaging and
are accompanied with the original Invoice/Receipt.
Within 10 days of mattress
usage and you are not satisfied you may exchange it once only.
If the customer received a
faulty or damaged item in mattresses and furniture’s The Bedroom by Intercoil
must be notified by the official email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call at 800 INTERCOIL (800-468372645) upon receiving the items. If there’s
damage and no report happened during delivery The Bedroom by Intercoil are not
reliable to offer exchange or refund. However, if there is manufacturing defect
under our warranty policy our team will examine the problem and repair or
replace the defect item.
You can able to cancel your
order if you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase
and change your mind. All you have to do is let us know, this applicable only
if your item has not been made or not already been dispatched.
Refunds will be done only
through the original mode of payment within 14 days. Shipping charges and bank
processing fees are not refundable.
Company retains the right to
refuse the return of items or offer a refund, if the return criteria are not
fully met from warranty.
All above mentioned clauses are not applicable for
customized products and bespoke furniture’s.
